Debra Belo. Because of her highly accomplished, rapid "zapateado" (footwork) and feminine style, Debra is known as "La Furia." Among her many accomplishments, Debra has choreographed for several opera, theater, and night club productions, and has also been a featured soloist throughout the country.

Debra offers a highly sought-after personal and unique training approach, including multi-cultural choreography. Her successful coaching technique develops and enhances the individual style and passion of each performer. Debra's innovative choreography constantly evolves as she reaches across boundaries through cultural and musical experiences.

Debra has appeared as guest artists and soloist in such productions as Richard Move's "Martha", Echoes of Spain II, The Inseries Zarzuela's (Gavilan, La Verbena de La Paloma, Barberilla de Lavapies), Washington National Opera's (Dona Francesquita and Don Giovanni). Her U.S. and international tours include professional dance companies of Vicente Romero and Amanacer Teatro Flamenco, and workshops in Gottegen, Germany.

Most recently, Debra was invited to conduct Master Dance Workshops at both the University of Colorado at Boulder and the Denver School of the Arts. She currently performs in the Washington DC Metro area.
